04Payment
How payment works
Once you confirm the quote, you pay up front to start the order — think of it as a deposit that gets the work going. If a dispute can’t be put right with re-work, you’re refunded, in line with your statutory rights. The one exception is the re-work allowance: it’s prepaid, so re-work you don’t end up using isn’t refunded.
